@USPS FYI, your Consumer Affairs Office is completely useless and the representative was unbelievably rude. I still can't believe how horribly I was treated when asking for help because I've submitted multiple complaints about not receiving my mail with no resolution @OIGUSPS

Seems like an easy fix since my order is still processing. Not sure why there isn't the ability to modify my order to include it.
