Foreigner here. There’s tourism potential in Pakistan & Ramadan/alcohol isn’t the barrier.

- allow foreigners to purchase flights w/o a CNIC or travel agent.

- regulate taxi stands at airports.

- cancel invitation letters.

- create a “Pakistan Pass” for major tourist sites.
