@Zxx327 @yas32min Hello, thanks for getting in touch! Sorry if you feel there is some inconsistency. We take the consistency of our product very seriously and our tea around the world is almost always blended in UAE. When there are differences it is often due to external factors.

@CryptDeey Thanks for your patience. I now have clarity on this. The packaging looks legitimate. When we switched to boxes with no cellophane, the perforation was removed. But we then reintroduced it in our next update. I hope that helps
