@AirCanada you have a major lack of customer service - I have to fill out a brief form for them to deem I am eligible for compensation? I am insanely frustrated and know I am not the only one.
@AirCanada disgusted with your service during my Canada-Australia flights. Multiple delays that spanned hours, a cancelled flight to Sydney with no flight re-booked, 2 AC agents in Ottawa to accommodate thousands of travellers (3hr+ wait in line), lost luggage (+ more incomments)
A 1.5 hour wait to speak with a representative only for her to tell me she doesn’t know why that happened, and that there’s nothing she can do. The advice “show up early to the airport and hope for the best”.
I am now seeking compensation for the troubles (+ 2 lost days)
This is an affront to our deepest and most important democratic values: the rights to freedom of expression and freedom of asswmbly. A ticket for using a megaphone for a couple of hours on a public street to protest against a horrific war? Unacceptable @_MarkSutcliffe
2/2 How many permanent and supportive housing or other community housing spaces could have been built and operated for the $612M @_MarkSutcliffe & co. just blew? This is what austerity looks like in #OttCity. This kind of stuff is just #OffTheMark.

I have always believed we can hold space for attention for two tragedies at one time -- the Messenia and the Oceangate -- but the stark and very real difference is that hundreds of poor people are left for dead while state of the art technology will search for 5 rich people.
In Finland, the number of unhoused people has fallen sharply. The reason: The country applies the Housing First concept. Those affected by homelessness receive a small apartment and counselling – without any preconditions. And: All this is cheaper than accepting homelessness.
How about this $13 mil goes toward - oh, I don’t know - affordable housing/ additional shelters for the many homeless/ low income people in our city? Or increases to our mental health care services. @ctvottawa@ottawacity
A committee vote on a proposed $13-million grant for a hotel at the Ottawa Airport ended in a tie. Here's what happens next. #ottnews

the murder of mahsa amini in iran is not an invitation for your condemnation of islam or the hijab — it is a time to rally behind a woman’s right to choose. whether that be in iran, afghanistan or alabama.
I still can’t believe that Canadian Conservative MPs actually voted to deny basic dental care to kids from low-income families…especially when these same MPs receive tax-payer funded dental care themselves. It’s just so cruel.
There is a serious vet shortage in Ontario. I called 5 emergency animal hospitals and only one accepted my baby after he began to get worse. Thankful for Ottawa Veterinary Clinic on Boyd Ave.https://t.co/Onp0yiW4Fw
