@JessOuwingaGLM @ATT Yeah, it’s the leadership, they promote people for favors without proper training on how to handle things, so they tend to lead with their emotions which is a horrible way to do things.
Yooo isn’t it crazy I call HR at my old job to tell them I have proof of false reports where the people admitted they lied to just get me fired and HR says sorry an investigation was done lmfaoooo bunch of clowns, also upset leadership used to encourage fraud.

So apparently all my old peers know was I was let go from AT&T, I didn’t know the reasoning till the other day that it was from a fake allegation and had I been given the reason during my termination I would’ve been able to prove otherwise since all the information was

Everything was brushed under the rug to hide the reasoning from me, you should do better when terminating and disclose the reason to them at the exit interview so they can defend themselves. Not talk behind their back.

@LisaJohannesse8 It would be nice for some light to be shed because it seems like these higher ups get away with abusing employees. Would be nice to know the details and what evidence there was for someone to be let go. Because it seems that when I spoke up about something that wasn’t right.
