martin is not my bias but somehow, i feel the most for him. what breaks me a little is that martin alw says he’ll keep working hard to show us a better side of himself. from where im standing, hes alr given us sm of himself and yet he still feels like there’s more he needs to prove, more he needs to become, more sides of himself he wants us to see and that is what makes it so emotional to me. he nvr seems satisfied w simply being where he is. he keeps looking forward, keeps wanting to grow, keeps promising that he’ll work harder and show us an even better version of himself. meanwhile, we’ee here loving the person he alr is, the person hes been all along, prob w/o him even realising how much he has alr meant to us. i hope one day martin understands that he doesnt hv to constantly become “better” for us to be proud of him. i hope he knows that we’ll be here for every version of him, even the imperfect ones, even the days when he doesnt feel like hes done enough. hes alr given us more than he knows and i hope he can see himself through our eyes someday, somehow 🥺
