더쇼의 마지막 방송에서 저희 아티스트가 1위를 차지하며 프로그램이 마무리되었기에, 저희에게는 더욱 의미 있고 오래 기억에 남는 방송이었습니다.

이번 방송 재개와 함께 투표 플랫폼으로 BIGC가 도입되었으며, 동시에 점수 체계에도 큰 변화가 있었습니다.

기존의 방송 점수는 제외되었고, 사전투표가 전체 점수의 20%, 챔피언송 후보에게는 실시간 투표 20%가 추가로 반영되는 구조가 되었습니다.

이는 현재 더쇼에서 투표가 최종 순위를 결정하는 매우 중요한 요소임을 의미합니다.

현재 투표는 BIGC 앱을 통해 진행되고 있으며, 사실상 유료 재화인 ROYAL GEM을 사용한 투표가 결과에 큰 영향을 미치는 구조입���다.

많은 팬들은 투표를 위해 ROYAL GEM을 미리 구매하고, 전략적으로 마지막 순간에 투표를 진행합니다.

그러나 2026년 7월 10일부터 13일까지 진행된 더쇼 제395회 사전투표에서는 종료 직전 마지막 3분 동안 BIGC 앱이 정상적으로 작동하지 않는 서비스 장애가 발생하였습니다.

이로 인해 ROYAL GEM을 미리 구매하고 마지막 순간 투표를 준비하던 많은 이용자들이 정상적으로 투표에 참여하지 못했습니다.

투표의 마지막 순간은 승패를 좌우하는 중요한 시간입니다.

많은 팬들은 전략적으로 마지막에 투표를 집중하기 때문에, 해당 시간에 서비스 장애가 발생하여 다수의 이용자가 투표권을 행사하지 못했다면 이용자들은 서비스 장애가 발생한 원인과 당시 데이터가 어떻게 처리되었는지에 대해 객관적이고 투명한 설명을 들을 권리가 있다고 생각합니다.

이러한 ���제를 단순히 팬들의 항의로 치부하거나 아무런 설명 없이 넘어가는 것은 적절하지 않다고 생각합니다.

저희는 이미 해당 사안에 대해 BIGC 측에 설명을 요���하였으나, 현재까지 답변을 받지 못했습니다.

저희는 6월 초부터 더쇼 차트 점수 산정 방식과 관련하여 더쇼의 제작사인 BIGC에 이메일과 앱 문의를 통해 여러 차례 질의하였지만, 질문의 취지를 벗어난 답변 한 차례를 제외하면 이후에는 어떠한 회신도 받지 못했습니다.

물론 BIGC 앱을 직접 운영하는 주체는 더쇼가 아닌 것들 알고 있습니다.

그러나 해당 투표는 더쇼의 공식 순위와 방송 결과에 직접 반영되는 시스템인 만큼, 방송사 역시 시청자와 팬들이 신뢰할 수 있는 환경이 유지되도록 관리 및 감독할 책임이 있다고 생각합니다.

이에 더쇼 측에 다음 사항을 요청드립니다.

1️⃣ BIGC 앱이 사전투표 종료 직전 정상적으로 작동하지 않았던 원인

2️⃣ 서비스 장애 당시 투표 데이터 처리 방식

3️⃣ 향후 동일한 문제가 재발하지 않도록 하기 위한 개선 방안 마련

또한 이번 서비스 장애와는 별개의 사항이지만, 현재 점수 항목 중 하나인 팬 인게이지먼트 스코어(Fan Engagement Score)가 어떠한 기준과 방식으로 산정되는지에 대해서도 보다 구체적인 설명을 부탁드립니다.

더쇼가 앞으로도 팬들과 시청자들에게 신뢰받는 음악 방송으로 자리매김하기를 바라며, 이번 사안에 대해서도 성실하고 투명한 답변을 부탁드립니다.
