This little guy on the right fought for over 24 hours to hatch. He’s in the “NICU” now until he’s strong enough to join the others (who are not so patiently waiting for him)! 🐣
Chick update: Everyone’s doing well and growing by the hour. We currently enjoy throwing the bedding into the water dish and walking through the food. Pete here is modeling for us his first actual feathers (see wing)! @AuburnRockets
From first crack to all 8 out, the process took about 18 hours. Here's a time-lapse video of #3 (Rufio) hatching with the help of #1 (Blondie) and #2 (Geppetto). So cool to watch! Wish my students saw it all with me! @AuburnRockets
Chick update: all 8 are doing well and getting bigger by the hour! Piper is loving her new “friends” and keeps an eye on them. I tried to get photos of each of them. More to follow, but here’s: Pete, Blondie, and Spot and a group shot as well. @AuburnRockets
They’re here!!! 🐣🐣🐣 I wish my students were watching this amazing process with me but videos will be posted shortly! Miss you all!
-Ms Para, Piper and our EIGHT chicks!

As we look back on this amazing week, we can’t forget about the two people who made this all possible. Thank you @AHSGriffin and @AHS_mspara for making this week a blast! We 💙 you!!
Well it was a season full of ups and downs and tears and laughs. We fought hard until the end and I couldn’t be more proud of this team. #AGS ⚽️❤️ thank you @AHSeberg and coach Fagan for making this program great. @AuburnRockets
