英國鋼琴家「Dr K」Brendan Kavanagh上周五（19日）在倫敦St. Pancras火車站的街頭鋼琴進行公眾表演，他以為身後是來自日本的攝製隊，後來同伴介紹這隊手持五星紅旗的團隊來自中國，為駐歐洲的中國電視台進行拍攝工作。Dr K與趨前的團隊女子言談甚歡，甚至邀請其中一人即席表演彈藍調音樂。
在直播期間，團隊另一名中國女子趨前以英語表示鏡頭不能拍攝他們容貌，因為他們為中國電視拍攝節目，過��不能曝��。隨後，一名中國男子，即留学经纪（中文老师）冷雪年，加入「戰團」，指他們擁有「肖像權」，有權訴諸法律追究。在爭議期間，該男子突然高聲警告Dr K不要觸碰女同伴，又指斥對方種族歧視。有網民事後認出，該名中國男子疑似中文教師「冷雪年」（Newton Leng），去年9月開始在英國《金融時報》擔任顧問工作，與孔子學院有密切關係。《追新聞》正在聯絡涉事人回應事件。
