Gratitude can lead to more opportunities and positive relationships. It can also reduce stress and increase happiness. The Ngao Foundation is grateful for the opportunity to speak at Benilde-St. Margaret's school.
At times we need to spare our precious time to listen to our students as we may think that all is well at school but that might not be the case. We appreciate our board chair Sasha Denisova for spending time with our students.

REMAINING GREATFUL
Big things happen to those who don't stop believing, actioning, learning, and always looking to manifest gratitude on the way. Be thankful for everything that happens in your life; either caused by others, and/or yourself; it's all an experience.
Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for. The conscious and inner awareness is a gift, be grateful too for it.
Navigating through this all takes tact and cleverness – especially if we hope to succeed in life. This is where emotional intelligence becomes important.
MINDING YOUR BUSINESS.
Keep your attention focused entirely on what is truly your own concern, and be clear that what belongs to others is their business and none of yours.
We all have different personalities, different wants and needs, and different ways of showing our emotions.
Kindness is always free, but it is upon the individual choice to action on our unconscious unbecoming behaviour that holds the progress on family belonging.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY THE SENSE OF BELONGING?
A sense of belonging involves more than simply being acquainted with other people. It is centred on gaining acceptance, attention, and support from members of the group as well as providing the same attention to other members.
The need to belong to a group also can lead to changes in behaviours, beliefs, and attitudes as people strive to conform to the standards and norms of the group.
I would also love to drive tractors and sell milk and let people have a tour around the farm.
I can find out more about this job by asking my dad about what to do and he would help me to learn how to deal with a lot of animals at once.
BRING IT INTO NOW.
When I grow up I want to be a farmer by Anthony Richard Hulula. THINKING INTO RESULTS.
It is inspiring watching Mzee in his coffee farm, and just how much the he spend not only working but the passion he has talking about coffee.
I want to do this job because my dad works on a farm and he inspires me by how much he knows about coffee. I also want to do this job because I would like to help people know a lot more about farm animals. I would really like people to walk along the fields that I might own.
Water scarcity is a common challenge that families living in the informal settlements face, but for families living in Kangemi they are privileged to access clean safe water through the WASH program. Give your support through:https://t.co/5S9ahXpbIy...

A CALL TO SERVICE: DAY 4. TREE PLANTING
The true meaning of life is to plant trees, under whose shade you do not expect to sit." "Love is like a tree, it grows of its own accord, it puts down deep roots into our whole being."

WHAT IS MY DREAM? WHAT IS MY GOAL?
Focus on the positive aspects of your dreams and goals: Rather than focusing on all the cons of your dreams, try to see the positive aspects of the same.
Without an objective standard by which to measure ourselves, our self-image will be blurred (1 Corinthians 4:3–4).
All people are created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26–27). Because of this, each person is of great worth and value.

Self Image.
Image is always dependent upon perspective. Poor vision or a cloudy mirror can greatly affect how we perceive ourselves (1 Corinthians 13:12).
