Iโm Emediong, an AI Creative Director building a world-class AI creative studio in public.
I help brands create premium advertising without the cost of traditional production.
I dropped out of my first degree. Life happened and I lost my mum around that same time.
A year later I went back and I still graduated.
So when I say it's never too late to start again, I'm not just saying it. I lived it.
Today I braid hair, make AI videos for brands and I'm just getting started.
Have a great day ahead๐
Before I started posting on LinkedIn, I had no real direction with my AI video work.
Then someone from Bangladesh reached out about AI model generation.
Just got off our call.
We talked concepts, pricing, everything and it felt so right.
Posting your work opens doors.
She's not real. Neither is the car or the gummies. Every frame is AI.
But you believed her, and that's what good brand storytelling does.
I create AI videos like this for wellness, beauty, fashion and food brands. DMs open.

Luxury, elegance, and the art of visual storytelling.
I created this cinematic jewelry commercial using AI, exploring how beautiful visuals and creative direction can transform a product into a luxury advertising experience.
What do you think of the final result?

I donโt want AI to make African creators better at copying what everyone else is doing.
I want it to help us tell our own stories better.
Imagine Nigerian fashion campaigns, African folklore, local beauty standards, our food culture and everyday African experiences being brought to life with the kind of creative quality that once required huge production budgets.
Thatโs one of the things that excites me about AI.
But thereโs a catch.
If the tools keep producing generic environments, culturally inaccurate details and visuals that donโt reflect our realities, weโre still missing something important.
We donโt just need access to AI tools.
We need to learn how to use them to tell stories that feel authentic to us.
Our cultures arenโt limitations to work around. Theyโre creative assets.
The goal isnโt to use AI to look like everybody else. Itโs to use AI to tell our own stories at the level of quality we envision.
African creators, what kinds of stories would you love to see more of in AI-generated content?
