On Wednesday, February 14 at 10:00am in room 1513 in The Illinois Institute of Art will host Antonio Brown to our campus where students, faculty, and staff will have the opportunity to speak with Antonio about his journey of building his brand.
As we progress forward here is a look back at some of the events that happened in our Culinary program. We had wine from all over the world, Olive Oil from Spain, a $2000 leg of pork, and Master Chef Hiroto Akama from Japan to show us how the Japanese cuisine is prepared.
