After COVID-19 restrictions had ended, sexual risk behaviour and sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing—but not HIV testing—exceeded levels reported pre-pandemic, and there remains unmet needs for STI/HIV testing in this community.
In 2004 alone, more than 2 million people died of #AIDS.
In 2021, a quarter of a century after the introduction of effective treatment for #HIV, more than 650,000 people died of an HIV related illness.
Most of these deaths could have been prevented.

5 yrs ago today I had a moderate stroke from a vertebral artery tear caused by a chiropractic neck adjustment. After 6 days in hospital, I couldn’t drive for a month and needed a walker and cane. I’m grateful each day for my recovery. Don’t let anyone touch your neck friends. ❤️
I’m truly awed by how many NZers are on the waka, learning the reo and looking to walk in true partnership. Yes, we’ve got a ways to go but we’ve come so far. We are moving into the fullness of who we are as a country, and looking to tell our whole story together 🙌🏽❤️
Temozolomide 1st licensed in 1999 initially as 2nd line treatment for glioblastoma C was 2 when this was licensed when she passed in 2016 it was still the only chemo available & I believe still is RT help raise funding/awareness TY
One RT for knowing what glioblastoma is would give me a indication of how many people have heard of it. My beautiful and only daughter died nearly 7 years ago from it.
We’re so sorry to hear of Brianna’s Murder. She was just 16 years old. Had been bullied for being trans. She was just living her life.
With anti-trans views spilling over from the incredibly hostile UK media into Ireland we urge you all to be better allies for LGBTQ+ children.
Today we announce our new charity partners @NAT_AIDS_Trust@Positively_UK@aidsmap who will deliver London’s first anti-stigma charter to tackle stigma for people living with HIV through:

Last year the rate of syphilis cases reached its highest since 1991 & the total number of cases hit its highest since 1948.
That’s why we need @DHSCgovuk to publish its long over-due sexual and reproductive health action plan.
Thank you @charlotte2153
This is it: the problem described so accurately. Older persons presenting to hospital are NOT “the problem” but rather the failure of both HSE and NHS to change their system to meet the changing needs
