@SkyHelpTeam After again disconnecting and re-connecting the openreach device that talks to the outside, service eventually came back again, most of 18h later. So the error was/is clearly external. Would make it easier for consumers if we could get faster/better data on line/exchange outages
Hello @SkyHelpTeam we have had a broadband outage this evening in TW1 which started around 6pm and is still down after 10pm. I received an apology sms at 6.30 then a "It's now fixed" sms at 8.30pm. But no. Means no Internet + no TV, obv. Any news available?
@SkyHelpTeam The service has been out for more than 12 hours. Is that considered a normal sort of outage? I've not been with Sky that long, maybe it is.
@SkyHelpTeam Sadly no. When it was down again this morning I unplugged everything, waited half an hour, powered up the wall connection, still not happy. After another half hour I re powered up the WiFi router but obv made no difference as the broadband the connection to the wall is still down

Totally appreciate absolutely nobody will see this but i plan to mothball then shut this account due to the 'UK inevitable civil war' plan of the owner. It would be too hypocritical to stay. Have gone where the sky is blue.
@elonmusk@Keir_Starmer I investigate social media at the BBC. I've repeatedly asked you for an interview. You accuse the media of not holding power to account. I want to ask you questions about your site and its role fanning the flames of UK riots. Will you speak to me?@elonmusk https://t.co/O4sEm4wnOQ

OH rightly suggesting if the owner of the platform is supporting the racist dickheads by tweeting about inevitable civil war in the UK, it may be time to get off the platform. I think she may be right
Attacks on universities, libraries & citizens advice are attacks on social mobility and the civic realm
Solidarity with @TeessideUni that does so much to empower Middlesbrough & has been the victim of indiscriminate aggression today
The government could save billions if it limited the interest the Bank of England pays to commercial banks. We've been calling for this for a while and momentum around the idea is building - great to see this article in the @guardian is in support too👏🏼 https://t.co/cjvomwuTt1
