Leaves the club a total legend, you can’t argue it. There was a brief fall out, but it doesn’t matter. He’s helped put a trophy in the cabinet and he’s shown so much love for the club. Leaves with nothing but respect, and it feels like the right time to shake hands. Thank you
@bellanati0n Can’t wait for barons character development in which he rejects maga and fights back against his father like zuko in avatar with the fire nation lol

tory voters: STARMERS BRITON!!!!!
gna be super duper woke here and say that guys like spencer that recognise their platform reached a lot of young audiences and used it to promote good values and being a decent guy deserve more credit than they get
No idea where to start writing this but the reason I did the challenge of 20 miles a day was because last month I attempted to commit suicide again.
I’ve been hesitant saying anything as only close friends and family know but I think after this challenge it’s right to share what’s happened the last few weeks.
It’s weird writing that after everything I have said about mental health over the last few months but only 4 weeks ago, I felt I was at my lowest. So much happened at once I felt so numb to everything and although I had so many people I could have spoke to- I made some silly decisions and I’m very lucky to still be on earth.
Over the last few weeks I have been training and getting back to fitness and the real reason I attempted this challenge of running 140 miles in a week was to try get myself back on track mentally and also physically. My mindset on everything has changed this week and now all I want to do is a crazy challenge in the summer for mental health.
I’d like to thank those who knew, that supported me and checked in on me. It means everything. I am not doing this post for attention or clicks just to show that mental health can affect people at any time.
Life is precious man, don’t stress over what people have to say about you. Keep battling and showing who you are ❤️
Motaz Sarsour GAA in Palestine have had their first hurling match this week after an intensive training in the past few days!
And they had it in pure 90s style! Absolutely brilliant to see!👌🏾🇵🇸🇮🇪
Well done to all involved 👏🏽
