The Anti Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and the Terrorism Act 2000 make it a legal obligation to check and ensure that you do not knowingly or negligently fund criminal activity or terrorism.

If a secret government report shows they have / are funding criminals and terrorism and that secret report is now public, it now becomes a legal obligation NOT to pay Tax...

With the whole court thing, I would think the first question is whose court is it, what authority do they have and where does that authority come from.

If you know there is no obligation and you know the court to be a fraud, why attend? Formally report your concerns to a legitimate court (it could be fraudulent) and just leave it.

The very act of attending a sham "court" could imply you are there to defend something and you could easily give away authority and put yourself under their jurisdiction.
