From a cognitive standpoint, while a compelling story is obviously the core of any video, visual polish still matters deeply. Otherwise, there would be no point in pushing visual boundaries at all. We might as well all just go back to 2D animation and black-and-white films from decades ago. That is precisely why directors like Spielberg and Nolan consistently pursue and utilise the latest filmmaking techniques. Alongside a great story, they provide visuals and visual language that are far more striking, immersive, and memorable.

按照时间线，中间可能还漏了2个阶段：
1、宣布：AI 战略已大幅度提升了公司同岗位的产出，所以，本着帮助大家提效的角度，所有的业务单元都应该进行深度的 AI 融合，并进行原有工作流程的 AI 化改造（包括职能部门）。

2、随着公司 AI 化进程的加深，将进一步调优人力组织结构，进行人力升级。公司将合并部分岗位，并用 AI 自動化去代替，俗称“去肥增瘦”

これは「載る」と「使える」が別物だとよく分かる実測ですね。prefill 446 / decode 23.2だけを見ると快適そうでも、32kで10tps未満ならAgentや長文処理では別評価。M5 Ultraは帯域で改善余地がありますが、同じruntime・build・contextで再測定しないと「解消」とは言えなさそうです。モデル適合・context・runtimeを分けて見る無料ツールも作っています（英語・自作、Appleとは無関係）：https://t.co/F944v7H8N1
