@SoniaMcEntee And if the pay to pursue the arrears they could be in and out multiple times in the completely overwhelmed District Court. Month in month out waiting for their case to be “heard” and really there is no Court time to give it justice. Very unfair on ppl trying their best

@SoniaMcEntee Totally agree Sonia. What is even more disheartening for the few that seek their due is that if the Order is breached, they can be considered as in receipt of it- therefore that “income” putting them over the threshold for legal aid. So it’s unattainable to pursue the arrears 🤦‍♀️
