AIMA has won its legal challenge against the SEC's Dealer Rule. The Dealer Rule was found to be unlawful and will be fully vacated.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Ft. Worth has ruled that the US SEC's Dealer Rule is unlawful and exceeds the regulator's statutory authority.
