Arizona rancher @caseymurph1 : “My family was here while Geronimo was still running around. I think we deserved to be treated a little better than this.”
Gov. Katie Hobbs disagrees. She thinks a foreign solar company should get the land.
@johnrich Unfortunately not a single one. I believe most go there with good intentions but then the lobbyists get involved. Every bit of it is political theater used to distract the public from seeing what they are actually taking away from us.

@SenMarkKelly Unfortunately this can lead to outright bans and infringement. If all that needs to be done to deny a purchase is to delay indefinitely how is that not an infringement.
50 years from now when someone asks how did communism come to America the answer is this. Through indoctrination in higher education, lack of understanding of basic economics, and not studying history.
The party of “adults and peace” can kiss my ass. You own this with your hatred and vitriol towards anyone who doesn’t share the same views as you created this environment.
There is a place in the lowest parts of hell for anyone that laughs, cheers, or twists this into anything other then a senseless act committed by a deranged person
Good news coming from @GunOwners!
Please share!
In this piece of legislation,
section 70436 would strike and fully repeal the excise tax imposed on National Firearms Act–regulated items—specifically suppressors (“silencers”) and short-barreled firearms—effectively eliminating the federal transfer and manufacture tax and related tax stamps.
While it does not remove broader regulatory frameworks under the Gun Control Act (e.g., background checks and Form 4473 transfers must still be followed), it is still a huge victory for the 2A!

The original policy was shockingly evil in that any typo or the most mundane mistake was interpreted as "falsifying records"!!!
Mistype or miss a single digit on the 9 digit NTN number? SKIPPED BACKGROUND CHECK!!!!
Red Flag laws negatively impact domestic abuse victims by putting their abuser in a position to use said laws for control over their victim.
Additionally, if a
victim/survivor is, or becomes a firearm owner, they’re far less likely to receive the mental health care they need for fear of having their mental health record used to take away their ability to defend themself from their abuser.
Rather than focusing on ineffective legislation, politicians and gun control supporters should be focusing on criminal justice reform and directly addressing the country’s mental health crisis instead of putting abuse victims at greater risk.
@TheAKGuy@bgmasters My wife and I were having the same conversation this morning. My stance is that it was originally not intended as a law enforcement agency and should be administered by industry professionals.
