Alot of people think earth is planet level but if that were true it would've exploded. So it cannot be planet level.

If everyone or few can do the planetary attacks then earth is above that.
Either the attack isn't planet level or earth is stronger.

Pokemon Unite announced 4 new pokemon. Inclusing Jolteon and flareon. What is the point when every other eeveelution have 4 moves but these only have 2?

As Flares became common,
Countermeasures were improved on:

Training focused more on identifying targets rather than JUST the IR.
Frits install around edges of casing.
Castings close when detecting too much targets, reopening later.
Others reduce FOV so much so only 1 target.

They put moths in Air-to-Air missiles as IR seekers.
Different breeds of moths had different properties. (Larger FOV, Longer range, etc)

Preping the missile injects painkillers.
Squeezing when locked on.

They explode painlessly if hit
They eject if missed.

Forgot to mention that rear-aspect was the only mode possible at this time unless the plane was very hot. All aspects use hybrids.
