@GppPos1 He is an absolute cutie, congratulations. Just a quick observation though about the car seat. It’s not a great fit for him as it’s forcing his chin into his chest which can restrict breathing. Please no bad vibes, only stating out of concern ❤️
@BrianElliottMD1@NephroP Looks like a degree of AS with dilated proximal ascending aorta and possible vegetation’s on AV. Also looks like an echogenic circular structure noted within the LA ? Thrombus? Myxoma. Would need more views to fully comment
@Dr_DeanS Make it about you, strip it back, don’t get carried away. You don’t need wedding favours, you might not need cars if you choose a hotel. Keep decorations to a minimum as no one will remember it.
We opted for a tea party, very relaxed but meant we could have everyone there
@The_echo_lady Severely dilated aortic root with proximal ascending aorta involvement resulting in severe AR due to annular dilatation. Suggest CT scan of aorta to see extent of dilatation and refer for root replacement
@EpiEllie I have 4 kids 3 take after their dad with a massive head, 1 takes after me with a normal size head. On discussion of this she screamed for 30 mins that she wants a massive head too not a tiny head. In the end I just lied and said I got it wrong, she has a massive head too 😂
@charliersmith1 Wow, what an amazing way to describe what is happening to you. It’s really made me appreciate and understand what you are going through. Get well soon Charlie x
@nat_echo@DrWillWatson@dr_benoy_n_shah Scanned patient in Resus ? Large effusion causing SOB wanted focused scan. Turned out no one had thought about the massive PE he had with dilated and impaired right heart. Suggested PE and CTPA turns out large bilateral PE which was probably also cause of effusion 🤷🏼♀️
@BrownJHM Poor LVFx globally. LV appears dilated. Thickened MV leaflet tips with reduced opening, provable degree of MS. Something independently mobile on posterior leaflet ? Part of stenosis process or IE. Could be IE caused infarct ? Blood cultures and clinical correlation needed
