#EPP proudly owns 100% of the Marram Gas field, along with its license. This fully appraised gas field boasts approximately 46 billion cubic feet (bcf) of gas, translating to around 460 million therms, with an estimated worth exceeding £500 million.

The CPR makes an interesting read too:

🛢️”A combination of the well logs, core samples and analogues provide adequate evidence of a highly producible reservoir which will sustain high deliverability wells! Figure 4-10 illustrates the highly productive nature of the clean sand and silty sand described in Section 4.1.3.

🛢️” Well head gas from Marram field will be processed through an NO (Nitrogen Rejection Unit) with capacity of 54 livisctd of raw gas from Marram field.”

🛢️“There are also minor costs for tie-in of the Marram riser and modifications to the NRU. Typically, the operator of the host facilities, in this case Spirit, would pay for the required modifications and pass the costs on to EnergyPathways in the form of a tariff.
Therefore, we question whether these costs should be included in the cape estimate”

🔥So what we established here is that the Marram project has a highly producible reservoir

👏Marram field will be processed through an NO (Nitrogen Rejection Unit) meaning the high Nitrigen is a NO issue

👌Cost will be minor & it is all incorporated into the model already.

+30% on #EPP from the recent 8.0p additions, and circa +475% from entry almost exactly 2 months ago.

I've also been informed this morning that there are actually a few retail traders shorting EnergyPathways, which personally I think is a tad mad. A well-capitalized micro-cap, operating in a topical sector, that has flagged that it could be releasing a handful of very significant RNSs this month...

Pre-FEED results due any day could ignite wider market interest (including MSM coverage, given the MESH project's strategic positioning in Labour's Net Zero push); and also catalyze further announcements re: partnerships, offtakes, etc.

The squeeze here could be very enjoyable!

💯It was great to connect with @energy_pathways #EPP and other investors last night.

Key take away from last night’s event:

❌ Ben made it clear that there’s no need a placing & that #EPP have access to funds via the GGAF facility, £2.1m is there for the taking. The loan is available and will be utilised if necessary. I personally have a sense that another non dilutive finance deal at an project level will materialise sooner than expected.

📨 There seem to be several other Tier 1 companies interested in forming partnerships with #EPP on too do the Four we have. We are spoiled for choice.

🔋MESH has the capacity to provide 2/3 of the UK’s gas storage and is strategically located next to the UK’s leading Hydrogen Hub, wind farms, and hydrogen infrastructure.

🗞️ Ben anticipates multiple updates before the year ends leading up to pre feed & many updates in new year too.

🏛️The Gov is well aware the benefit of MESH & how much value it will add & benefit the UK energy transition

💷 The Gov has made it its priority to deliver on Energy Transition & Green Energy. They have lots of cash ready deploy & support projects like ours

🤨If you ever questioned the significance of hydrogen, Centrica, Bosch, and Ceres are making it clear for you now.

📍#EPP is strategically situated near wind farms, electricity demand centers, and hydrogen networks.

🔋The current valuation given by the market for the MESH project is notably low, given its capacity of 50 bcf (500 million therms or 15 TWh) and 1.5 TWh for hydrogen.

💷 #KIST invested over £25 million in a 17 million therms project in the North West, while MESH is 28 times larger, suggesting a potential value of £700 million for MESH

(£25 million x 28 = £700 million)

🧮#EPP has also signaled its capability to triple its capacity, which would mean 1.5 billion therms (45 TWh) for gas storage and 4.5 TWh for hydrogen.

8️⃣4️⃣This positions MESH as 84 times larger than the asset #KIST acquired for £25 million, leading to a valuation of £2.1 billion for MESH

(£25 million x 84 = £2.1 billion).

🆙 At £14 million, the market cap is minimal for a company with such valuable assets, a prime location, and four Tier 1 partners eager to collaborate.
