gue pernah baca sejarah Pilates. jadi metode ini dikembangin sama Joseph Pilates pas WW1. kebetulan dia perawat & masang pegas di ranjang RS biar pasien yang berbaring tetep bisa ngelatih otot mereka. intinya awalnya buat rehab tapi sekarang malah jadi olahraga yang eksklusif
