@MrCMofKA So, non cognizable offense-easily bailable-he will be dragged around. I asked if a suo motu action can't be taken by the police, they said no. I believe they can since it is not one person's problem. Somebody else will get beaten up tomorrow.

@MrCMofKA If anything, it will be taken under IPC S.323 (BNS 115(2)) since no grievous injury.Main Issue was public nuisance.A complaint was filed and the auto drivers have apologised,yk how it works.This kid has an exam next week, and yesterday felt like a punishment,for us more than them
