@MrCMofKA And i tell you,the primary goal rn is to not haveto face these things andthen talk of reforms, exams become important when you know Ur fight won't resultin much.We did give a complaint btw,we took it back,2 days of hell was went through. U did it because U could.I did what I could
@MrCMofKA What I'm telling you is these efforts are futile if they can get a bail right there. WRT the I shouldn't shareit online part,I'm glad I did,I am happy if even 1 person isn't harassed because ofthe embarrassment caused. Itis more change than a complaint would bring, sadly but truly
@MrCMofKA So, non cognizable offense-easily bailable-he will be dragged around. I asked if a suo motu action can't be taken by the police, they said no. I believe they can since it is not one person's problem. Somebody else will get beaten up tomorrow.
Even after so many people saying they have faced this too, this will be coined as a crime against one person and without an FIR nothing will be done. Nobody with the authority sees it as a problem in the system. I'm so confused.
I realise why, everybody is scaredof them to say anything."ella kade irtare, yava mattak bekadru ilitare ,ide ooralli irbeku neevu husharu",even at the station the officers explain how this boy or us as a family MAY(not certainly)be troubled, but wecan file the complaint if we wish
@MrCMofKA If anything, it will be taken under IPC S.323 (BNS 115(2)) since no grievous injury.Main Issue was public nuisance.A complaint was filed and the auto drivers have apologised,yk how it works. This kid has an exam next week, and yesterday felt like a punishment, for us more than them
