@RestIsPolitics @campbellclaret @RoryStewartUK As food production is such a big contributor to climate change/biodiversity loss& our food system is broken, why is the government so resistant to tackle sustainable diets eg less&better meat, supporting local? Is it ok that we export our food environmental&social footprint?

Super few days in Paraná and Sao Paulo states, Brazil for my @NuffieldFarming project.

Great to see several tilapia farms and production of local feed ingredients- soy,corn, poultry meal,yeast.

This week has been all about the soy source- Mato Grosso, Brazil!
Farms here export soy for animal and fish feed globally and the region also produces beef.
