@HarlequinHatter @deadmeatjames @UMPG That's an absolutely fair comment. It's just infuriating that creators even have to think about whether something is 4 seconds long or 3. The whole situation is farcical and cruel. There needs to be a fair solution found for both creators and musicians.

@deadmeatjames @UMPG I've never understood why music companies don't get with the times and issue PRS style licences to online creators. Admittedly, not everyone could afford it but it would easily resolve many brutal claims if a creator paid a yearly fee to have access to the music's copyright.
