I wasted one hour on the phone, after that got the delivery with one item missing. Raised my voice then finally got the missing item after another 15 mins

Again my question is that why do you have a chat when its not your helpline

And secondly why is you helpline a charge phone ?

Their customer service is pathetic

An order was marked delivered whereas it was not delivered to me so against the order. I pressed the button for the problem. I had a few option one of the option was that If you have not received the order and if it is marked delivered press here, it started a conversation after five minutes, they asked me to talk to the Helpline so the point is what is this chat for isn’t this Helpline ??? and best part is there is no phone number of the Helpline on the app, so these people on the chat, they gave me the helpline number.
It’s been half an hour now, the issue still not resolved and no call back.
