Roblox is updating the requirements to upload and sell certain Marketplace items.

1) Publishing 2D clothing will require an active Premium 1000 or 2200 subscription
2) 2D uploads for personal use will require an upload fee similar to 3D
3) 3D upload fees are being reduced

Unfortunately, on March 4th Roblox is discontinuing static dynamic heads. They are a core part of the Roblox marketplace economy. This will affect many creators financially and is probably one of the worst updates in marketplace history. Creators will be wiped off the map.

Roblox expects creators to now animate every single face they upload for it to be dynamic now, and faces uploaded before the change have to be animated. I have over ONE THOUSAND dynamic faces. It is preposterous to ask me and other creators to do that.

As you may know from others posts or stumbling upon mine, this is something that we want to reverse. We are calling upon all Roblox users to post about this, and encourage you to share this & leave negative feedback on the form post regarding this.
