Instead of keeping state governments dependent of federal allocations, we can start by giving them the rights to decide how the minerals in their states are mined
If it will be run by private firms driven by profit maximization and hence won't allow things deteriorate like most government projects.
Instead of promising to improve power, say you will restructure the legislation behind it, allowing private firms to generate and distribute
Like for instance you can say you promise to give the people improved infrastructure: we want to hear, rail built from all surrounding states into Lagos to decongest it, that will be a brilliant first step, then you would tell us how it will be maintained
Is it to late to announce my candidacy for president... On a serious note though there are certain promises we hear every election but never see results post election... I'm tired.. no promises...give us a direct route to how you want to achieve stuff
