Madam, I am a resident of Malviya Nagar, and I wish to express my concerns regarding several issues I have reported on the 311 app. Unfortunately, it appears that my complaints were not effectively addressed. Rajvir Singh, the Junior Engineer, resolved my complaints only after taking a bribe, and subsequently, no actions were taken to truly resolve the issues. This situation raises serious concerns about the app, as it seems to create opportunities for your officers to engage in corrupt practices, promoting bribery rather than facilitating genuine service improvement.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Discriminatory Road Construction by H-Block RWA and Local Neglect.

Respected Satish Upadhyay Ji,

I am writing to you as a deeply frustrated resident of the H-8 and H-9 block area to bring an urgent and infuriating matter to your immediate attention. The current situation regarding road infrastructure and the local leadership in our block is completely unacceptable.
Here are the harsh realities of what is currently happening on the ground in your constituency:

-Discriminatory Road Development:The current Resident Welfare Association (RWA) of H block has taken it upon themselves to construct and repair roads *only* in their specific areas. The rest of the residents in H-8 and H-9 are being entirely neglected. The RWA operates as if the rest of the tax-paying residents are fools who will simply accept this blatant favoritism.

-Undemocratic RWA Operations:There are absolutely no elections happening here. This self-appointed, dictatorial RWA is operating without accountability or a mandate from the wider community.

-Damage to Your Reputation:By building roads exclusively for themselves and acting with such arrogance, this RWA is actively ruining your name and goodwill among the general public in this area.

-Complicity of Your Local Representative:To make matters worse, the local representative or worker acting on your behalf in this area is entirely complicit. Instead of standing up for the broader community, they are busy pandering to and "licking the boots" of this corrupt RWA.

This situation leaves the ordinary residents with one very direct question that demands a clear answer: “Are public roads only built for a select group of "your people," or do you work for all the residents of Malviya Nagar?

We need to know exactly where you stand on this. Please let us know if you intend to intervene and provide fair infrastructure for the entirety of H-8 and H-9, or if we should expect this neglect to continue. We would like your clear answer so that the residents here can be "well prepared" to make our own decisions accordingly in the future.
