@alisonking2@TNLUK@TNLUK Decided to piss the Post Office off as they make them pay for the in store terminals and any scratch card packs that haven’t been activated and refused to let them serve only lottery tickets.
@TNLUK @bigdazzler70 More copy and pasted crap. It was changed in order to maximise profits. There’s supposed to be changes from Allwyn because the game now is failing.
@TNLUK@danielpageactor You mean, the jackpots and prizes that you don’t release to retailers are given to good causes in order to meet targets where you have to give a certain amount of money to good causes each year. That’s why there’s always outstanding jackpots, particularly on Christmas cards.
@Jackson00763454@TNLUK Yeahp. As they also can’t increase the prices of their scratch cards either, they’ve reduced all the wins of £20 and over to cut back.
@swphotography01@TNLUK I was replying to the lottery who think people assume they will win on every 4th card, it isn’t the case. And it depends what the win is. If you buy 4 and win £10, the buyer is £6. The point is that the prizes are unacceptable and doing ten in a row with no win is wrong.
@swphotography01@TNLUK Because all the losers are together in order to make people buy more but you often get a couple of decent wins together and then another load of losing ones in a row. But it’s random. Suuuuure.
@Crazy_DavidP@TNLUK You’re right. They’ve reduced all the bigger prizes to cut back as they can’t increase the price of the cards. You used to be able to view the old cards online & be able to see the difference in bigger prizes compared to now but they’ve taken the old cards offline so you cant see
@Crazy_DavidP@TNLUK All the bigger wins of £20 or more have been drastically cut out of all the scratch cards now. The £5 ones are an absolute rip off and a money making racket. Constant doing 5 of them in a row with just a fiver back.
