@WestJet I am due to fly home to Vancouver with you on Thursday from London Gatwick. I’m concerned about the flight with all the cancellations. I have to travel 4 hours to Gatwick when will I be notified if my flight is cancelled?

I think it’s terrible you decide to not put baggage of customers on a plane without telling them until landing. My parent came to Vancouver all the way from London for you to take one of their bags off the plane at Calgary and make us wait nearly 3 hrs for it to arrive!

You staff and protocols are a joke, cutting people off and blocking accounts. This is not acceptable, this is customers livelihoods you are playing with? How can anyone survive with no money? How can you think it’s okay to not allow access to people’s hard earned money?

Ok all I feel I do with Twitter is use it to get the attention of the appalling delivery companies here and my experience with them. Now @UPS how many times does a customer brave to call with instructions before your drivers actually follow them and deliver the parcels? Appalling

If you want to ship anything of value internationally let’s not trust @FedEx. Shipped my tele from the UK to Canada and it came completely smashed! Not what you want when starting a new life

When ordering any furniture from @SleepCountryCan maybe check if the company will deliver it or a contractor! Never spoke to such a rude driver, poor customer service skills, and NO bed. Said attempted delivery - LIARS, have to move to apartment with no bed now!
