Curiosity grows when young minds get an opportunity to experience science up close. As part of an Academia-Industry Collaboration programme, students from MET Institute of Management visited Ajanta’s state-of-the-art Research Centre in Mumbai. A guided facility tour gave them an opportunity to interact with our teams, observe real-world application of pharmaceutical research and gain insights into the product development cycle.

At Ajanta Pharma, developing talent begins with building the right knowledge, skills and mindset. Over 27 fresh graduates who joined our Dahej facility recently took part in our Kaushal Upskilling Initiative. It was conducted with the Pharmaceutical Academy for Global Excellence (PAGE), an IPA initiative.

The program covered Quality Culture, QMS, OSD Manufacturing, Laboratory Techniques, Analytical Methods, Virtual Reality-based learning, Audit Readiness and Behavioural Skills. Practical demonstrations and industry interactions helped participants connect academic learning with real-world pharmaceutical applications.
