How can we give up everything to be free? Wouldn't we need to know things in order to be free? How will we know what we're trying to be free from? #ewp22
I guess I'm a moralist because I always think about satisfying others and God. But the only time I can be an Übermensch is when I isolate myself from everyone. Those times honestly feel stress-free. #ewp22
It's interesting how moral dumbing naturally happens every day. People are always ready to argue and be defensive with you without having an actual reason for being right. #ewp22
The Ring of Gyes: If anyone's "foolish" to practice justice with a ring that gives them invisibility, then that means we should follow "will to power." But, aren't we still moralists, because we're being told to do what we want with the ring by not being "foolish." #ewp22
I think the rapture may be a possibly good example of everyone having an Übermensch mentality. But, in every rapture movie, despite it looking like everyone is doing what they want, they follow the devil. Then, they'd actually be moralists and eventually be the last man. #ewp22
If I become an Übermensch, would I still the same people in my life? However, I wouldn't care ( übermensh mentality). But doesn't everyone need at least one person in their life? ( moralist mentality?). I couldn't change unless I was raised to be an übermensch #ewp22
Mark and Julia- Even though it sounds messed up to have sex with your twin, they were comfortable doing it. It's wrong because that's how we feel. Fact vs Opinion- Haidt's Vignettes #ewp22
Trolley Problem- don't touch the switch. If you touch the switch then it makes you a murder whereas not touching the switch makes you a bystander. Don't you actually have to harm someone with the intention of killing them to be a murder?
