@PaywithRing @RBI @PaywithRing Your recovery agents arrived at my home without prior notice or an advance call, carrying no identification, authorization, or DRA licence proof. They came in a group of 5–7 people

[Ajay Vaja @Ajay_vaja_]

Dear @PaywithRing your recovery agent is threatening and harassing me for money without providing any notice or ID proof I have already contacted you via email but my concerns have not been properly addressed If this harassment continues, I will report it through the @RBI portal

[Ajay Vaja @Ajay_vaja_]

@kreditbee I have already emailed you regarding my financial difficulties and proposed an alternative, which you rejected. From now on, I want all communication to be through email for better clarity and documentation.any agent harasses or threatens me again, I will file a complaint RBI.

[Ajay Vaja @Ajay_vaja_]

@kreditbee Your recovery agent ([phone]) threatened to call my contacts and abuse them. When I challenged him, he said I didn’t need to repay anything. Is this how your recovery agents behave professionally?

@PaywithRing why are you harassing me every 10-15 days? I already emailed you about my financial condition and provided every possible solution. I even offered EMI restructuring, but you keep denying it. I’m currently jobless and searching for work
