@RataCampbell Agree, police should not be able to just ignore a case because they're sulking their pick didn't get convicted. Maybe they need to start again without blinkers on. They never even bothered solving the Arthur Alan Thomas case.

@CateOwen I called first thing and was in hold for and hour & 42 minutes. Got a lady who gave me a case number & link to online form which wasn't too bad. Then I am asked to email docs (why isn't this in original form?) then told to wait. This was all done on 31 March. Still waiting.
