This should not be possible. This is my last attempt to get resolution. I am literally stuck in a loop.

They transfer me to the wire dept. The wire dept says send a secure message. I told him this whole process said nothing he can do. I said send me 2 a survey, he says the dept has no survey. How is it possible, I can have as wire pending approval for 11 days with no resolution?

The wire dept says that it's in another wire dept that can be only reached by secure message. I send secure message 20JAN. I go into a branch, Saif to call wire dept. I send another secure message on 22JAN. I get a response today. I call the number in the message.

@ChaseSupport I am a Chase customer and have had the worse experience that I have ever had with a bank. I initiated a wire 14JAN, received email saying call for extra approval, gave extra approval 15JAN. No wire. Call back 20JAN they transfer me to wire dept.
