Some of my favorite Keys to a Healthy Lifestyle:
Mediterranean diet
Avoid seed oils (use only avocado & olive)
Avoid gluten (in US)
Limit fish/sushi (mercury).
Ideally eat grass-fed meat/beef.
Pesticide free fruits/vegetables.
Avoid plastics / BPA.
We don’t NEED carbs, but we love them.
Target 1 gram of protein per lb of BW/day
Drink lots of (filtered) water.
Exercise regularly (3-5x/week).
Sauna, cold plunge if possible.
Sleep at least 7 hours/day.
