@VWGroup @volklub @volkswagenindia again issue with my car taigun after giving the car in service center for clutch issue , that hardness issue got solved now new issue came 3rd gear is getting stuck I have informed the same when taking the car from service centre but they told use it for 3-4 days and see , since gear box was opened for clutch we have did oil and all use it , but still issue not solved for gear I dnt know what’s going on please help

@volklub Sirji , I got the clutch work done they gave 50 % discount, even the issue was not mine . Labour charge 100% u had to pay total 21500 I had to pay . But since they removed gear box , now gear is having issue 3 rd gear it’s getting stuck I have informed them let’s c

There was a 6k km campaign after the purchase of new car , there itself I mentioned the clutch hardness I was told it’s new car so after some km it’s driven the issue would be solved , I believed but that was not the case . Then came one more issue of AC , when you are in driving and suddenly if you downgrade the gear to 1st a hot air used to blow . This was reported but the service team from VW b.u bhandari Mr phatan did not agreed i did checked outside show room from go mechanic team , they told it’s issue . After some months it was reported that all the taigun car has issue of AC and company started calling back and resolve this issue , during this time also I mentioned clutch hardness issue but this was verbally not reported in service book . Next issue was of side window motor that was also fault from company that also they solved . Every service time i have mentioned this clutch hardness issue , but they neglected that and now in 2025 march again in service I mentioned atlast they agreed there is issue after checking with two master technician and one day they are sending email mentioning the cost of clutch issue solving, I was shocked since I had reported this from start after purchasing this car , this time they have written in email saying the issue is due to my driving skill after three years they found my driving skill not good , but since 2022 I am reporting this clutch hardness issue . It’s cheating and due to there negligence why should u pay for clutch replacement. I already mentioned them apart from clutch issue I will pay . I need justice. Please help 🙏🏼🙏🏼
