@svembu We’ve grown from 2 to 105+ users on Zoho One, but support still feels like we’re a small account.
Long wait times, resolutions taking days, and even our account manager depends on multiple internal teams.
At this scale, we expect priority support not delays. @Zoho

Still i have not received any response from your team on my static IP Connection your engineer came to my office and he took around 3 hrs but he were not able to make that possible
