Why claims have not been verified till now & home buyers voting % reduced by considering Financial Creditors claim of 322.38 cr. Total cost of construction till now is less than 300 cr while builder has collected 154.96 cr out of it. Is it not siphoning of funds. Who will reply.

10 May was Friday when status report was filed & hearing was on 13 i.e. immediate next working Monday.
So what development has taken place on Sat and Sunday and if it's there it could have been highlighted by IRP/builder in hearing, why requested for date. BWA advocate ne pucha?

थोड़ा सोचिये, If there will be restriction on possession date agreed as per MoU with grace period of max 3 months in consent, sam uncle will work seriously & listen 2 all home buyers, but consent with open deadline, it's going to be fatal and more delays. समझो, Rat race going on.

Had hai wafadari ki. Concerns of home buyers were not taken up strongly & Appropriately. Hon'ble NCLAT order 25.07.23, additional Rs 50 Crore was supposed to deposit in Escrow account within 6/9 months. No talk on this.
In next order, this timeline will be increased, mark my word

Section 238 Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 prevails over all other acts and Hon'ble court also has decided that in case of conflicts, IBC should be given its way. What is that way, let's IRP and our advocate suggest, if others can't

So, intentions can be felt that even after 4 months from order 25.07.23, Consortium of Ajnara and Eka has not awarded the requisite contract to re-start the project.
Why homebuyers trust is shattered always. Whether IBC law is able to address the concerns under IRP supervision.

HNY 2024.
We have started our struggle from Jan'20 with 20 members & now it's Jan'24 with 200+ members.
2 years went into persuasion with builder & our preparation and another two in legal & onboarding DM EKA. Let's see if they are able to bring it on as GRAP III relaxed today.

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार @myogiadityanath सरकार ने श्री @amitabhk87 जी की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति की सिफारिशें लागु करने को मंजूरी दे दी है।
जिन घर खरीददारों को कब्ज़ा मिल गया है, या फ्लैट तैयार है और पुरे पैसे दे चुके हैं, उनकी रजिस्ट्री का रास्ता साफ़ हो गया है।
2012 में NCRPB की स्वीकृति के बाद लगभग ग्यारह साल बाद ऐसा मौका आया है जब घर खरीददारों के घर में एक और दिवाली मनने वाली है।

लगभग ढाई लाख घर खरीददारों को राहत मिलने की उम्��ीद है।
हम दो साल जीरो पीरियड के स्वीकृति का भी स्वागत करते हैं, निश्चित रूप से इससे भी अधूरे प्रोजेक्ट पुरे होंगे और घर खरीददारों को राहत मिलेगी।

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार कैबिनेट की पूरी रिपोर्ट जल्दी आ जाएगी, उसे पढ़ने बाद जल्द मिलकर आगे की रणनीति तय करेंगे।

This will work only if the promoter's intention is good for project completion for every stakeholder. Everyone (Builder, Financer & Home Buyers) will be benefited only if the project is completed else everyone will be at a loss if the project is not completed in the first place.

In order to expedite the construction of #Belvedere at Sec79, Noida & 2 curtail on litigation time, Homebuyers entered into MoU 12.07.23 which was recorded in 25.07.23 order. But now Nov,23 is ending and this consortium of EKA and Ajnara not able 2 start the project. #IRP Jagiye.

Post NCLAT order dated 16.10.23, #EKA ensured that Construction will start by 1st week of Nov23 but GRAP3 was implemented from 04.11.23&revoked on28.11.23. However #EKA & #Ajnara consortium waisted waiting period as Major Contracts were not yet awarded. #Homebuyers still awaiting

In hearing dated 27 Sep, 24, they have now denied existence of EKA & r now proposing to bring some new developers with whom no agreement has been placed till now. After two months, they will do the same which they have done with #Eldeco, #Hawelia, and #EKA
What they really want.
