5:01pm Guests arrive and the President of The Art Room explains the event and directs individuals to sign in, meet artists and to the drink station.

5:10pm Guests sign in and photographer arrives to take photos.

5:15pm After guests finish signing in they look around at the art pieces and meet the artists.
