Racouline tried 10 months of topical minoxidil in 2022. Zero growth. Side effects anyway.

Now he's tried 3 months on MINX and reports: no side effects, temples starting to fill.

This week in MINX.

The hair growth reports may shock you. (1/7)

[AJ @AJTraxler]

@anagenxyz 2 months in- very quick results !

Dutasteride is the world’s most powerful hair drug, but many patients are scared because of its side effects.

We designed Precision Dutasteride to lower follicular DHT and avoid the blood as much as possible.

If achieved, this could dramatically change dutasteride’s risk-reward profile.

Today, we unveil our Precision Dutasteride patient check-ins for the first time:

> 33 of 49 report no side effects at all. 2 aren’t sure.

> 4 report sexual side effects. All 4 on Lite, the weakest strength.

> 0 of 31 on the two stronger strengths report sexual side effects.

Dose is not doing this. It’s likely selection bias.

The men most sensitive to side effects often pick the lowest strength. Lite has also been on sale the longest.

Our blood data aligns with this too. After four weeks of 1% Precision Dutasteride at 1 mL a day, Andrew had 0.157 ng/mL of dutasteride in his blood. Oral dutasteride 0.5 mg puts you at 36.1 ng/mL.

We updated our check-in system recently, and so only have 7 Day 120 check-ins. Per strength:

> Max 1%: 3 check-ins. 2 report fuller hair, 1 the same. No side effects.

> Precision Dutasteride 0.3%: 2 check-ins. 1 much fuller, 1 the same. No side effects.

> Lite 0.03%: 2 check-ins. Both report thinner hair. 1 reports sexual side effects.

That’s why our community members often recommend titrating up if you feel no side effects on Precision Dutasteride Lite.

All of this data is self-reported in return for rewards. Patients receive rewards no matter what they report.

Topical dutasteride is compounded, prescription only, and used off-label for hair loss.

Lab Roadmap, 10/21/2026:

MINX: Preparing an IRB submission for a Phase 1 single-dose crossover PK study. MINX vs regular oral minoxidil 5 mg in ~16 men.

DIAZOXIDE: First orders shipping now. Next week, we draw blood from 3 people to measure systemic absorption.

TWIST1: Lead sequences selected. Publication in progress on cell culture work. Penetration enhancers arrive next week. Mouse study to commence the following week.

OLANZAPINE, FARNESOL, NALTREXONE, DOXYCYCLINE: Imaging complete. RNA-seq analysis complete. Finalizing analysis of over 5000 images via tweaks to FOWLER. Publication to follow.

NEW PRODUCTS: Surprise. Surprise. An AR blocker, growth agonist, and novel peptide formulation all in development. More details to be revealed soon.

FOWLER: Our proprietary hair follicle labeling model severely outperforms Fable, Astra, and Muse. FOWLER is built on more than 6 TB of proprietary data.

RSPO: Imaging in progress. Over 2100 sections. To be completed in November.

TO BE ANNOUNCED: Next batch of gene therapies, small molecules, and formulations. Stay tuned.

@KaileaandTim @anagenxyz This is one of our MINX users

[AJ @AJTraxler]

@BuySarms hahah :P

[AJ @AJTraxler]

David vs Goliath of hair loss.

Big pharma cannot shut us down.

[Anagen💈 @anagenxyz]

MINX will keep shipping. That sentence should not need repeating.

It does, because Veradermics ($MANE) sent Cease & Desists to our pharmacy partners and doctor network.

Why did Veradermics try to shut down MINX?

Their lead drug candidate, VDPHL01, is an extended release minoxidil tablet.

The company, Veradermics Incorporated, seems to view MINX as a competing product.

Find the full video on our YouTube channel to learn more about what makes MINX different.

MINX will keep shipping.

[AJ @AJTraxler]

@BuySarms we aren't the ones poking 😘

[AJ @AJTraxler]

@ics_jack88712 ;)

[AJ @AJTraxler]

@ics_jack88712 time will tell

[AJ @AJTraxler]

The fact that MINX 5mg is still increasing plasma concentration levels at 8 hours whilst VDPHL01 7.5mg is dipping below hair growth threshold at the same time is an incredible win for MINX.

[AJ @AJTraxler]

The idea behind MINX, our smooth release minoxidil: keep blood levels above the hair growth threshold (~1.6 ng/mL) for longer than regular minoxidil. That gives SULT1A1 in your follicles more time to convert it into its active form (minoxidil sulfate) and work its magic for longer.

[Anagen💈 @anagenxyz]

Minoxidil does nothing until an enzyme in your scalp switches it on.

At four months on MINX, 74% of patients who checked in report fuller hair.

Every MINX patient is asked to check in at day 30, 60 and 120, and each check-in unlocks a mystery box of rewards.

116 check-ins so far. We'll keep sharing what they say, good or bad.

Our smooth release design seeks to give SULT1A1 more time to convert minoxidil into minoxidil sulfate.

[Anagen💈 @anagenxyz]

Most people who use minoxidil don't grow much hair.

We built two products designed to change that 🧵

[AJ @AJTraxler]

@boardyai hehe good thinking

[AJ @AJTraxler]

Tried minoxidil and didn’t regrow hair?

Minoxidil is a prodrug. An enzyme in your scalp, SULT1A1, has to convert it into minoxidil sulfate, the active form. Many people have low SULT1A1 activity, so most of the minoxidil never gets activated.

Diazoxide opens the same target in the hair follicle (potassium channels called K-ATP), but it’s active as is. No conversion step.

It’s also a decades-old drug with hair growth as a known side effect.

There might be a new option for you 👇

[Anagen💈 @anagenxyz]

The first new hair loss drug of the year. Topical diazoxide is live.

Everything we know, below 🧵

[AJ @AJTraxler]

@escanor_Bullx i don't think its necessary- would do either or tbh (:

[AJ @AJTraxler]

1/ Diazoxide is a 50-year-old drug with a strange side effect: it grows hair. Kids who take it for a blood sugar condition often get thicker hair on their face, back and arms.

2/ It works like minoxidil, by opening a channel in the hair follicle. The difference is that minoxidil needs an enzyme in your scalp to activate it, and many people don’t have enough of it. Diazoxide skips that step.

3/ No one had made a version for the scalp. Our team built one, and it is officially LIVE on our telehealth.

[Anagen💈 @anagenxyz]

Minoxidil and finasteride were discovered by accident.

Topical diazoxide was built on purpose. It goes live tomorrow.

[AJ @AJTraxler]

@1000xdesigner no, doesnt suppress DHT (:

[AJ @AJTraxler]

@anagenxyz Let's go!! 💈
