@aashtthaa Maam, brought up in city and now working in rural branch, from my experience i can say problem is from both sides. I often find myself scolding someone but later i regret and genuinely help them. People in village troubles more than those in city.

@justkudiX_22 Banks belongs to financial sector which has so much complex rules and regulations. People generally are not aware of them, that makes them suffer in banks. If you need to change your name even a letter, as per any valid ID you have to produce Gazette notification.

I need to visit my rural branch tomorrow, villagers whose numbers are not registered with bank would be surprised to see us as registered ones are flooded with bank msg. GN.

Clerks work in fixed time 10 to 5. They are not liable to meet targets. Study the pros cons of clerks and officer. It is about who holds more responsibiltiy

And 5 days banking is already approved by IBA that is coordinator bw banks and govt. Strike is to implement it due from last 2 yrs

@abhilas24141679 @Abhishek82581 @bigulchugh And check for eligibility criteria for clerks now. They pass one of the toughest exam now and get promoted by banks’ rule. And bhai nahi hai tmhare yha timely promotion uski jimmedari hamne thode na le rakhi hai, ask govt.

@abhilas24141679 @Abhishek82581 @bigulchugh Bhai mere officers can be transferred anywhere in India, clerks can be transferred within the state they applied initially. Like if i apply the exam from UP i will be posted in UP but same is not with officers. In most of the cases clerks are given posting near hometown.
