@JasonClareMP Minimum wage earners paid 80% more tax in FY26 than they did in FY22. That's not a typo.
Don't believe the spin. Labor are a party of increasing taxes, and a wolf in sheep's clothing for the poor.
@1Alboforpm Not a lot of honesty in this meme.
Its very revealing of a lack integrity of Pete, and a lack of care about the actual outcomes that his preferred political team deliver.
@johnsy123aus Minimum wage earners are poorer now than they have been in many years.
Nominal pay has increased in line with CPI under Albo - about 25% - but the tax that minimum wage earners pay has increased by 80% since FY22.
Labor are the enemy of the poor. A wolf in sheep's clothing.
@baronvtrapp@MyFirstCousin We could do this with every box, but here's one example of the extreme lack of outcome orientation of Labor and their voters.
Fewer houses have been built, every single year under this govt, than in any year since 2013.
That is complete failure. Yet, this graphic says...
@baronvtrapp@MyFirstCousin Look at this nonsense. Chock a block full of misleading garbage.
Its amazing to me how Labor supporters so frequently don't care about outcomes at all. Only optics and feel-good talking points.
Almost every single point on here is either misleading or not linked to any outcomes
@JacquilinD69533@MyFirstCousin Its funny how the coalition handed them a budget position that delivered surpluses in their first two years, they have since delivered and budgeted for a combined full decade of deficits, yet you just want to spruik the surpluses.
@pepeMcGee Taxes are actually up massively under this government
Even for the lowest wage earners in the country
Minimum wage in FY26 is 22.7% higher than it was in FY22
Total tax paid by a minimum wage earner is 80.1% higher
Real take home pay has gone down
Don't believe the lies
@drcwhos@JEChalmers How are you people going to save for a home deposit, now that their rents skyrocket and they lose half of the returns they earn on any money they manage to invest?
This govt has well and truly stooged young Australians.
@centrevibe I think it will be over whether or not people feel they can trust anything that Labor promise.
Most of their most important promises at both of the last two elections have been broken.
Are people really going to risk that again? That's the question.
@innercityuprise@mark16pg Except that no one can save for a deposit any more, because their rents will go up and they only get to keep half of their investment returns.
Young people properly stooged by this govt.
@Batman2242 I think its just a statement of fact.
And I don't think this is a partisan thing to say.
Its actually impossible to know any more whether he is ever speaking truth; he's lied to us so many times.
@bazzacc2 This is how Labor lies to us.
Every single one of these pay increases is at or below inflation.
When you factor in bracket creep and the increased tax that each salary attracts, all of these professions take home LESS real pay than they did under ScoMo, so are poorer in reality
@BillySisu@ElaineM11584892 The real measures of the nation's prosperity - labor productivity, real disposable income, per capita gdp etc. - have all had the worst four years of decline or stagnation in recorded history under this government.
This is just a fact. Look it up if you don’t believe me.
@JeSeGrey@ElaineM11584892 From FY21 to FY26, min wage after tax increased 21%. CPI has increased 25%.
They spruik the pay rises, they say they're for the worker, but because this govt is so terrible at actually managing the country, they continue to make everyone, including the poorest among us, poorer.
