Not only does Peter Obi have plans for the northern out of school children (The Almajiri's), he has even done the numbers to know the cost.

Peter Obi knows what each section of the country needs as regards to education. He has said consistently that his government will be demanded driven meaning that he will not sit in Abuja and decide what the people of Kebbi or Bayelsa need. He understands that each region has peculiar needs and he will meet everyone according to their needs.

Show me any other candidate that has done such a study personally except Obi.
