The National Black Caucus of State Legislators formally adopted the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA) as model legislation for all states to adopt at its Annual Legislative Conference in Atlanta today. A great victory in pushing back against the FDA's war on kratom.

The Indonesian BNN has concluded that its proposed ban in kratom set for 2022 has now been reset to 2024 that will, as they described it, provide time for the AKA and the BNN to work with other Indonesian Ministries to develop a kratom policy that is based on the science.

The scheduled meeting at the WHO on a pre-review of kratom to determine if kratom should be banned internationally is the direct result of the ongoing FDA crusade against kratom. The WHO references the FDA's disinformation on kratom that ignores the science on kratom's safety.
