Walking, lifting weights, doing chores – it’s all good. Regardless of what you do, regular exercise and physical activity is the path to health and well-being.
I wanted to press 405 on a regular basis, so I figured what weight I would need for a progressive overload. Similar to a 5/3/1, but final week; just work to lift 405 every week for at least 1 rep. This is 305lbs. #BenchPress#ChestDay
Uncomplicated 6 Step Plan for 2022 and Beyond:
1. Continue growing spirituality.
2. Care deeply and more fully of your immediate family.
3. Weight training 4 times per week.
4. 10k steps per day.
5. Sleep at least 7 hours per night.
6. Cut negative people out of your life.

Eat well (protein bias)
2-3ltrs of water pd
Lift weights 3-4 times pw (heavy)

You’ve gotta be a bit of a sick bastard and chase the pain.
Not everyone can do it.
But the ones who can will get far.
There’s definitely been an increase in the popularity of powerlifting the last few years.
Ain’t a bad thing at all.
