Demand Draft already submitted for loan closure but loan is still active and no resolution from ABFL despite multiple emails and tweets. This negligence can impact my CIBIL record.

Stop further EMI deductions immediately.

Refund the excess EMIs deducted post-payment with applicable interest.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it at the earliest, failing which we will be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities.

Despite submitting the DD for foreclosure of cm loan (Loan A/C No: XXXX0130), loan is still not closed and cm have not received the Foreclosure Letter.
Kindly look into this urgently and provide closure confirmation.

Now loan is still showing ACTIVE and customer is facing serious inconvenience.
